Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CHORUSle mobile application. By downloading or using CHORUSle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CHORUSle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the App

CHORUSle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own entertainment. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Post or share offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in group names, taunts, or descriptions

4. In-App Purchases

CHORUSle offers optional in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads ($3.99) — a one-time non-consumable purchase. Permanently removes advertisements across all your devices logged into the same store account.
• 5 Hints ($0.99) — a consumable pack of 5 in-game hints added to your account balance.
• 20 Hints ($2.99) — a consumable pack of 20 in-game hints added to your account balance.

All purchases are final. Consumable hint packs are non-refundable once credited to your account. For Remove Ads, refund requests must be directed to Google Play or the Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

5. Groups & User Content

CHORUSle allows you to create private groups and invite other players. You are responsible for any group names, descriptions, or victory taunts you post. We reserve the right to remove groups or content that violates these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in CHORUSle — including the app design, puzzle content, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Daily chorus puzzle content is AI-generated and curated by us. Song lyrics used in puzzles are the property of their respective rights holders and are used in a transformative, interactive game context. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of CHORUSle at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CHORUSle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use CHORUSle, including loss of data, loss of game progress, or loss of purchased content resulting from account deletion or app changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
